Pressure can actually be really useful. Sometimes we need a deadline to get going. But with all the balls we keep in the air, both at work and at home, we're constantly exposed to pressure. And that stress builds up in both our body and our working memory.

With our method, employees train their brain. Just like you build muscles at the gym, participants train two crucial systems with our "brain push-ups".
The "control centre" gets stronger, which means better focus and a more efficient working memory. And the "warning system" sharpens, so pressure doesn't pile up.
Through practice, the frontal cortex and fronto-parietal networks get stronger. This is what we call the "control centre".
Employees develop a kind of mental shield against pressure and distraction. Performance improves because pressure takes up less working memory and the ability to focus gets sharper.

The training also strengthens the anterior insula and anterior cingulate cortex, our "warning system". This way, employees notice stress signals earlier.
Over 6 weeks, participants build new healthy patterns to regulate those stress signals. Real behaviour change that strengthens the vitality and employability of your team.

Want to dive into the scientific details yourself? Our academic report brings together the latest studies, analyses and calculations on the effects of attention training, including effect sizes.

Employee performance improves through optimization of working memory. Relevant information is selected faster and irrelevant information is better suppressed. Concentration goes up while distraction goes down. Research shows up to 24% improvement on attention tasks (Jha et al., 2021).
On top of that, tension and pressure take up working memory. When that tension drops, capacity is freed up for the task itself. Working memory also becomes more efficient: it delivers better results with less neural effort (Bailey et al., 2020).
Each week there's a group session with an accredited trainer, where employees reflect on their exercises and challenges.
The result? Behaviour that sticks. The effects on stress, burnout and productivity are still visible 6 to 12 months after the training (Vonderlin et al., 2020; Michaelsen et al., 2023).
