Why we do this work
At Innerleaps we believe in the lasting power of mindful attention. With that attention, participants live with more calm, focus and courage. They become better versions of themselves and start to tap into their true potential.
As a result, organisations get a team that is not only resilient and available, but also performs at its best with genuine enjoyment. That is the inner leap we believe in.

The story behind Innerleaps
Bas founded Innerleaps after recovering from a concussion. As a consultant and lead product manager he was used to performing under pressure. Until a snowboarding accident forced him to a standstill.
During his recovery he dived into how the brain works and came across forty years of scientific research: attention can be trained. Back at work he noticed the difference. Less stress, sharper focus, more control over his thoughts and a level of productivity he had never experienced before.
"I want to share that experience. That is why I started Innerleaps."
