    You want to perform better

    Sound familiar?

    Distraction costs you focus

You get pulled out of concentration easily. Deep work takes more effort than it used to and you drift off faster.

    Mental fatigue throughout the day

By midday your head already feels full. Decisions cost more energy and your sharpness drops.

    Not performing at your best

You know there is more in you. You hit your targets, but it feels like your full potential is not being used.

    Busy but not always effective

You work hard, but not everything you do delivers the same result. Setting priorities does not always work well.

    Not recovering well

Even while you sleep, your head sometimes stays on. As a result you do not really wake up rested and you notice that you forget things faster or remember less well.

    Perform better with more focus

    Scientifically proven effects:

    Sharper focus

Your attention is where you want it. Deep work becomes easier and distractions have less grip on you.

In attention tests participants make fewer mistakes after the training.

    More mental energy

Your head stays clear throughout the day. Decisions take less effort and you finish your workday with energy to spare.

Reduced mental fatigue thanks to more efficient brain use.

    Higher productivity

You get more out of your day. Better focus means better output in less time.

    Scientifically proven: participants perform better.

    Clear prioritising

You make the right choices faster. Higher awareness gives insight into what really matters.

Better decision-making by training your neocortex.

    Better sleep and stronger memory

You really calm your mind before going to sleep. You wake up more rested and notice that you remember things more easily.

Participants sleep better and remember information more easily.

People during an attention and concentration training for better performance and less stress
    Week 1Control centre

    Breaking through autopilot

Where are your thoughts while you brush your teeth? Probably already in your first meeting or your to-do list. Learn to notice when your thoughts wander off and bring your attention back to what you are doing right now. You train your control centre by consciously paying attention to your current activity, again and again.

    Week 2Warning system

    Recognising early warning signals

Train your warning system so you notice tense shoulders, a tight jaw or shallow breathing before tension takes over. You take back control because your sensors get sharper.

    Week 3Control centreWarning system

    Working with pressure and stress

Under pressure your working memory often goes haywire. This week you learn a short 3-minute exercise that quickly brings calm and clarity back to your head. You also discover how to plan smart breaks, so you stay sharp throughout the day.

    Week 4Control centreWarning system

    Mental clarity

Not every thought is a fact. You learn to recognise the difference between productive thinking and rumination. You also learn to observe your thoughts instead of getting carried away by them. The result: more peace of mind and less worrying.

    Week 5Control centre

    Better collaboration through conscious listening

Under pressure you often start formulating your reply while the other person is still talking. Learn to truly listen, take perspective and respond from understanding instead of reflex.

    Week 6Control centreWarning system

    Lasting integration in your life

Recognise your thought patterns and make the techniques you learned a lasting part of your daily routine. Build your own toolbox for every situation.

    Frequently asked questions

Research has shown that online is just as effective as in-person. Because it is just as effective, we choose the option that takes the least time for participants. No travel time, just from home or the office.

Stress costs employers a lot of money. In absenteeism as well as in reduced performance. Employers want to help you improve this. We give you a brochure that makes it easy for your employer to understand and approve.

When you start, you receive a workbook from us. It contains a piece of theory for each week and short exercises. You also receive audio recordings of the exercises. Some exercises you do during daily activities like brushing your teeth, showering or doing the dishes, so no extra time. Other exercises ask 12 minutes of sitting still in a chair.

Participants do their "brain push-ups" in two ways. Planned training (12 minutes per day): daily audio exercises in which you focus your attention on your breathing or your body. Sounds easy? Your mind hates it. Within seconds you are thinking about your to-dos or that meeting. Every moment you bring your focus back is the push-up that strengthens your control centre. Training in your daily life: you bring conscious attention to everyday activities. During your morning coffee, on the way to work, or before an important meeting. You train your brain to be sharp when it matters. It costs no extra time and you become more productive in what you do.

If you miss a session you can call the trainer to receive all the information anyway. All necessary information is also in the workbook. For the best result it is important not to miss more than one session.

Innerleaps' awareness trainings build on evidence-based programmes such as MBSR, MBCT and WorkplaceMT. The foundation rests on 12 scientific studies, including multiple meta-analyses and randomized controlled trials. The evidence is strong enough that the U.S. military has incorporated attention training into its official doctrine (U.S. Army Field Manual 7-22), and organisations like Google, Apple, Microsoft, Nestlé and Unilever have implemented similar programmes.

Innerleaps participants show measurable improvements in exactly the areas where most organisations feel the pain: 65 to 72% experience less stress 60 to 84% show a reduction in burn-out symptoms 64 to 77% become more resilient 58 to 60% are more productive at work 57 to 78% sleep better The risk of long-term sick leave drops by 70% (from 54.4% to 16.4%) Importantly, these effects are sustained for at least 12 months after the training. This is not a temporary boost, but lasting behavioural change.

Innerleaps improves your performance by optimising working memory, the mental "workbench" where thinking, deciding and acting happen. This works through three mechanisms: First, relevant information is selected faster and irrelevant information is suppressed better. Your concentration increases, distraction decreases. Research shows up to 24% improvement on attention tasks (Jha et al., 2021). Second, stress and pressure normally occupy a large share of working memory. When that pressure decreases, capacity is freed up for the task itself. Third, working memory becomes more efficient: better results with less neural effort (Bailey et al., 2020). You perform sharper and have energy left at the end of the day.
